You people are really a disgrace. I paid-up this account more than a year ago. Then and several times after I requested closure to be processed twice on Hello Peter. AGAIN CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT AND UPDATE MY ITC!!!! And don't bother calling me trying to manipulate the situation blaming a third party for not doing what I am telling you to do I had the account with Markham its your responsibility to process my request. Contact me once what I have indicated above is done/resolved.
