UPDATE MY INFORMATION WITH THE CREDIT BEREAU PLEASE!!!

This is probably my 5th review about Markham and my query hasn't been sorted out. I wouldn't recommend Markham to anyone because they don't really care about their customers. Yes they have beautiful clothes and all but that's just it, no sense of what customer service is and they can't understand a simple request in plain English. I paid off the account I had with them in July this year and yet my credit profile still shows as if I'm owing them money. I'm literally stuck I can't apply for credit anywhere because of just one account that I have paid for?

If you want a Markham clothing get it on cash, never take a credit account with them you will regret that decision for the rest of your life.
