Unwanted Club Fee charges

I logged into my account to see I am being charged R24,90 monthly for a Club Fee from Markhams Gateway - I never signed up for any Club membership nor was I ever asked if I wanted to. I don't get any benefit from this \membership"and I do not want it. <br> <br> Please remove me from this service immediately - and credit my account accordingly as this was never authorized by me. I signed up for my account at Sportscene Gateway and never app**** to be part of any Club so I'm not sure how this was added to my account from Markhams. <br> <br> Please sort this issue out ASAP."""
