Unsatisfying Customer Experience

On Saturday Dec 23, 2023. I had an unpleasant experience at Markhams West Gate Mall, I was looking for a wallet (MKM Distressed Leather Wallet) at the Store only to be subjected to condescending comments by a gentleman (African Race) whom I believe is the Sales/Store Manager. This came after I was enquiring about a "Point of Sale" for customers with 1 - 5 items considering there was a long quee ; thereof the comments were as followers: "No there is not, you'll have to join the quee" and my question was "even if it's one item?" and his response was "it doesn't matter, I can't sacrifice the quee for a R100 thing". This is so disappointing considering the item was R320 - I believe my enquiry was misunderstood, unfairly - poorly comprehended.

The gentleman's tone was very condescending and made my experience "horrible" whilst the Air Cons were not switched on. I'm convinced his manner of articulation and engagement with customers can be worked on. This is uncalled for, I believe his response could've been more professional and welcoming.
