Yesterday i called Markham Eastgate, first spoke to the lady which i did not get her name. she answer the phone and she said i must hold on she is putting me thru to Gugu, then i stayed on the line for 5min, she was busy talking to her colleagues while im holding the line consuming my airtime.<br> <br> the i dropped the phone and call again and Gugu answered the phone i told her i want to know if they have Relay BROWN UTILITY LEATHER STRAP WATCH Style number ***9, instead of her helping me as i even try to make things easy by providing a style number. She said i must hold she is finishing up with the customer infront of her. i waited 8min without getting help. i dropped the phone because my airtime was being consumered for nothing <br> <br> on my opinion i think gugu should have gave the phone to someone else to help me if she cant bear in mind that i am using airtime but she was busy chatting to the people that was around her.
