Unprofessional service at the Customer service department

I am so apauled and frustrated. I called in to report i have been charged for a magazine I did not receive over 2 months. the call centre agent was so unprofessional. I did get frustrated and he kept on repeating himself and raising his voice so did I. He refused to understand me and just dropped the call. The call centre agents now dial my number and drop the call numerous times during the day. I want assistance from someone more Professional from markhams . This kind of service is pathetic .
