Unprofessional service

On the 3rd July 2019 I went to The Workshop Markham to collect an online item.I joined the queue and there was one person on the till.There was also an African female who was behind the counter assisting a customer. After the customer left I then approached her to ask if she could help me since I was only collecting. She then abruptly said NO without checking what help I required I then rejoined the line until it was my turn.I was then referred back to her since I'm collecting. If she had bothered to ask what help I required it would have cut my waiting time. I now realized that online purchases is a waste if you had to deal with these types of people.
