Unprofessional Conduct

I submitted my application to open an account on Saturday 23 May 2020 at Markhams Carlton Centre Branch and was told that due to the fact that I'm using a Passport the process will be longer so i left my application to be processed at later time and was advised to wait for an sms confirmation within 24 to 48 hours and i patiently waited. On 28 May 2020 i physically went to the store to find out about my application and was shocked to discover my application wasn't even in the file and was told to re apply. In the midst of them trying to desperately locate my application i then spotted my application protruding underneath a pile of clothes on the counter thus then i took a picture and asked to speak to the Manager who processed my application immediately and to my disappointment again when i double checked with their new accounts division i was there's no application that matches my details in their system.

I was subjected to the worst unprofessional conduct at your Markhams Carlton Centre store.
