Unprofessional

I made a payment at Markhams umnyandu on the 2nd of November 2018 but to my surprise I got a sms from the the foshini group "FINAL REMINDER:You have not paid your AMERICAN SWISS acc ********** ********** 46062.Pay R275 to avoid pre-legal hand over. Call ********** 871 NCRCP36" I then called the store to find out why my payment wasn't reflecting and they couldn't give me a valid reason, they wanted me to come to the store to sort the problem out and that will take up my time and petrol and time is money!
