They send me a sms telling me that my account will expire on 22 November 2018, I have no account with them and where do they get my details from, surely there must be a database that all our details are on and a way for us to remove all our details?

We will have a look at what information it is we do have of yours, it might unfortunately be a wrong number that was captured before but i will request that it be removed.
