Unhappy customer ☹️

I bought a phone at MARKHAMS in Carletonville and it gave me a problem, I returned the phone on the 18th of August 2025 they took my number and promised to communicate. Weeks passed by there was no communication at all, I then decided to do a follow up and go check. When I got there on the 2nd of September 2025 they said the phone is not yet back. Another week passed, I went back the 17th of September 2025 when I got there they gave me the phone and the phone was off (Not charged as a sign of it not being tested) they proceeded to tell me that I must charge it for 4hrs before using it, I got home and did exactly that but when it was time for me to use it, it was still having the same problem.I then returned it again on the 18th of September 2025 and they said the charging pin was fixed which was not the actual problem from the start, I showed them the problem again which was also written on the booking paper but was not fixed. Now I'm expected to pay for something that I do not have.
