unhappy customer

About 2 months ago I bought my 8-year-old son a relay bag for school at the promenade store, for buying him a relay bag was because i told him my son i am tired of buying that breaks quick relay is quality. last night my son showed me the bag is broken a piece of where the zip is connected broke off this is really not on what type of quality is being sold to us as consumers? I paid for quality and expected this bag to keep him at least 2 years or more not two months.
