Unhappy and disappointed

I was at Markhams Boitekong Mall, what a bad approach by a lady called Monica. The sad thing is that she's a manager. She body shame my husband in front of other clients. No greetings, not asking which size do we need, not knowing who are we buying clothes for interrupted and stopped our shopping, by telling us that theres no size.😢

We were assisted by her junior after she left and got what we needed.
