Unhappy

Opened an account at Markams bay west a week ago and never agreed to any funeral plan,legal assistance policy and magazines to be charged total amount of R419.16 within the first week of opening the account TFG Markam TFG-The Foschini Group . Why did the consultant not disclose this to me as a customer as this is an additional charge and I mentioned I don't want anything extra on this account. Is this how customers are treated at the TFG group. Pathetic!!!!!!!
