unfairly billed

i had over paid and settled my markham account and i was in credit for quite a few months and to my amazement i received a statement dated 20-08-2018 and i have an outstanding balance of R2.00 which i dont know how it was generated as i dont receive anymore letters and this is the first time in so many years that i have even received an email statement.

this has given me a great consideration to just close my account with markham , i dont think they are worth my business and to gain me as a loyal custom,er to them
