Unfair treatment at Markham Jabulani mall

Unfair treatment I went to Jabulani Mall truworths and realised that Line was too long at the counter and i decused to to Markam first and pay. Immediately when i entered Markam a fidelity security guard aggressively approached me inside the shop and told me come with him regarding to what it happened at Truworths and u asked male guard what happened? He said said something beeped at tje door. I politely told him, he was harassing me as i was now at the premises of another shop. Be continued to be aggressive and to manhandled me if i was not complying. I became angry as i felt that i was being embarrassed and called the the lady by the door at Markham who was witnessing the entire conversation to protect me as Markam client, Whom i learnt later that she was the shop manager. She said, she cant protect me and i must go back to Truworths and answer there. I said to her but now i am being harrassed inside your shop and i am no longer enjoying my good shopping experience. With no help from the manager i told the security guard that he was harrassing me and he doesnt leave me alone i will defend myself. He left with the promise of alerting the mall security. After i was done paying i went to the manager to lay a complain and she gave me a number where i can register my complain. She did not adress my concerns and she did not care for my experience at her shop as a manager. I feel that, she should have addressed the matter with the security or with the manager next door. She gave me attitude and uncaring about customer experince. IS TBIS WHAT MARKHAM STANDS FOR? I went to Truworths fumingly to register my complaim with manager. He immediately stopped what he was doing and gave me his full attention. He explained to the guard the consequences of his actions and made him apologise and apologise on behalf of #TRUWOTHS. You dont have a manager at your shop but only ego maniac manager who dont understand what customer service and who undermine clients from the township.
