UNFAIR BILLING

The last payment I made at markhams was R110 at clearwater mall markhams on 30th June 2019 and my account was on a zero balance. Now I received an sms today saying my outstanding balance is R1082.98. I went to markhams today and the cashier cannot even explain how it was accumulated.
