********* Interest Charges on Account

Attention : Markham (ie. TFG) I have been struggling to get assistance with a query I had raised on my account since 17/02/2022. I was charged two exorbitant amounts of interest on my account in September 2021 and then again in February 2022. I only had a balance of about R1154 but was charged interest of R1410.84 on 03/09/2021 and then interest of R1421.71 on 03/02/2022. Nobody can provide clarity on why I have been charged this high amounts of interest on my account. They just keep sending me statements when I ask these questions. Please make me understand how you could charge me R2832 in interest on a balance of R1154.
