Underhanded business practices
Received my latest statement from Markham dd 12/02/2015 & noticed a charge described as \sms charged"for R2.51. This is a charge I've neither requested nor authorized. Please ensure that this charge is credited to my account & is not repeated. I'd like someone from TFG to explain this charge & when I requested/authorized it! This sounds like an underhanded business practice to add miscellaneous charges to clients accounts without notifying them or obtaining the necessary authorization from them."""
