UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICES

Your customer services suck! My mother who has a markhams account for over 20 years and who is an elderly pensioner and a recent cardiac bypass patient, had to endure your pathetic services for 5 months now without having the problem on her account resolved ! I have contacted your customer services (the 5th time today in the past 5 months) and yet again was assured that my mums account will be sorted out by Tuesday. Markham you have been ripping her off on her account and I can only wonder how many other people that dont check their accounts are being **********! I have the reference numbers for my calls made and you are more than welcome to listen to them and see how pathetic your services have been. I have emphasised in all my calls and at a local branch (greenacres PE) that its unacceptable that an elderly and sickly person must endure this but clearly markham's.. YOU DON'T CARE!
