UNABLE TO RETURN AN UNUSED ITEM

I bought a cell phone at Markhams just YESTERDAY and tried returning it today. I haven't even opened the phone or used it.

And I was told at Markhams in Zeventwacht Mall that they don not accept returns on cell phones.

Yet the slip says there is a return window.

Please advise accordingly.
