Tumi is a horrible person.

I received the worst kind of service from Tumi, one of your employees at the Amogelang Mall(formally Liberty Center) here in Welkom.

I practically had to fight and beg her to do her job by letting me pay my TFG account.

She was just rude and not making sense as to why I couldn't make the payment(which she eventually did). She's the worst kind of person.

Horrible service.
