Treated like a ********

Glad to see all are treated equal at Markham, Vredenburg. Yes, like *********! On entering with a shopping bag that has no similar content to what they sell, I was asked to hand in my parcel. I enquired about getting a coupon as proof of handing in an item and was informed explicitly that that is not how they do it. In other words, they do not trust you, but you must trust them. I take offence. Is it your policy to treat all as *********? Why do you not show trust in your customer by issuing a coupon as proof, or even a simple solution, tape the bag closed. Quite shocking receiving this type of treatment. Definitely a message I would like to spread as far and wide as possible.
