Treat Your Customer Fairly
I was charged a R40 fee for being about r100 in arrears. R20 email feel and 20 collection fee. This is in addition to the monthly interest that accrues on my outstanding balance. I find this disgusting.
I also have been bombarded with at least 62 emails during October by the TFG group to shop at their stores. I have also asked you to stop sending me emails because it costs you so much and I do not want to be your customer. Yet you continue to do so.
How do I get your company to stop harassing me? I do not want you to send me these costly emails.
From now on Every email you send to me without my consent will cost you an equal amount to the legal email you sent me.

this is harassment and/or coercion. i do not want to be persuaded to use your store account if you'r going to charge me everytime i pay you R1 less than you expect. if you do not bombard me with mails i will probably use your account less than i can afford to and will thus have less chance of defaulting.
