Took Markham more than 4 months to fix my phone, Never Buy Phones from Markham.

I had a charging problem with my type C Nokia phone from Markham so I contacted Nokia to check if its still under warranty before taking it to Markham. After finding out that it is in fact still under warranty I took it to the Markham store in Pretoria at the beginning of May and when I checked with Markham after a month they told me they still waiting for MTN to come collect it then after 3 weeks I went again and nothing but I was a bit patient because of the lockdown. so I went again middle of July and they told me that MTN has collected the phone and they will contact me but still there was no communication from them then I went again in august and was told that MTN is telling them that Nokia has checked my phone but they now can not find my quotation for fixing my phone cause apparently its liquid damage that caused the charging problem. still today I am waiting for the quotation. such a small issue took Markham, Nokia and MTN to take more than 4 months to fix!!!
