too avraid to shop at their other branches awell

Hi just wanna make an complain about a guy who sell me a brocken phone blackberry 9720 when I first the baught the phone had problems in the first week then again 5 months later phone doesn't wanna charge take it back again for repairs and he told me gona cost me a new phone to repair by their team I must take it to the pakistan wich cost me R250 to fix I told him my phone not a year old that's not my fault the thing don't wanna charge and tell me I was negligence y would I broke my own phone after that tell ohk will do what u say so I did go to the pakistan and they did fix it but the problem I have now is I still pay to fix the phone cause I fix one thing another break I just wanna know where he did get that phone was it in repairs cause they dident have black stock that moment he even did call the other branches cause I dident want a white phone after while he call me and say he got a black phone for me so now I think the phone he gave me was a phone who was in the repair shop for fixing as the plastic cover did have a scratch mark but I dident care just wanted a phone so am afraid now to buy another phone by one of there other brances as I got R12700 credit to buy but afraid
