Paying my insurances for a year and a few months. Claim for a new phone.After 5 weeks they declined my claim. Saying I was neglected. The principle still remain they stole my phone no matter if I was ******, picked pocket or they stoled it in my house or car. That's the reason why u take insurances out to secure your goods.i won't advise anyone to take insurances out by the tfg group because they will declined your claim
