they refuse to take the Skoro Koro phone back.

I bought phone last week for my business mi Suprise when I'm opening the phone nothing is working speaker and i cant receive calls. when I'm returning phone within 7 days, they said i have to leave the phone for 3 weeks mean I have not running the business for 3 weeks course they supposed to give me the other phone because they give me something that is not working.
