The WOW experience

<p>Good morning People,</p> <p> </p> <p>Something that I wanted to share with the universe and with the "FSG".</p> <p> </p> <p>I entered the Markham store on more than one occasion and the staff are amazing, it's nice to see that there are people that still exercise customer satisfaction within the business.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to thank each individual that is employed in that specific store which contributed to my shopping experience.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think it's important as a business to provide staff with the recognition and that you are able to recognise staff for the good they are doing as this will motivate them to keep up the good work.</p> <p> </p> <p>The below people displayed the wow factor of what customer service is all about.</p> <p> </p> <p>The two ladies that really stood out was Shireen and Carmen, I would like to thank for taking ownership and stepping to the challenge that was set for you.</p> <p> </p> <p>Each time I enter the store, something that I am happy to say is that the staff are amazing and work extremely well together.</p> <p> </p> <p>Success of the team:</p> <p><br />Great team<br />Extremely mature<br />Good team dynamics <br />They share best business practice<br />Work well together <br />Warm and friendly <br />They apply urgency <br />They have good customer service s****s</p> <p> </p> <p>You guys have won me over, share your s****s to rest of Markham store's and thank you for making my shopping experience easy and fun.</p> <p> </p> <p>You truly displayed the "wow factor and making me feel valued.</p>
