The glen Markham staff unprofessional and useless

My fiance asked the store ladies at the glen mall Markham to have a look for his size in a specific colour , the woman took down his name and number said that she will call him and let him know and guess what this woman never called since Monday , and we needed this before Saturday I suggest this store gets looked at as this was very unprofessional we waiting for a call that will never come through , sitting like stupid fools waiting for the store assistants to assist ,
