The foschini group is plain down not a company to deal with

Hi im a pensioner getting government grant and every body knows payment dates only start on the 3rd or 4th of every month so I explained to markhams about that and I can not make payment on the 1st of the month. the so called agent on the line is different for every call that is the problem of payment on the 1st... the answer is i will make a note which never happens it is a waste of airtime then they phone u on the 2nd of the month demanding payment u explain some are polite & some are hastag. anyway when u receive your statement you are charged for phone calls & sms now that is pathetic..... so now get this TFG if u don't get your act together i will not pay my account and u do what u want cause as a consumer i have rights
