TFGOnline sells items online that they dont have in stock.

I ordered a jacket online and made the payment on the 28th of October. I logged in on the 3rd of November to follow up on the order. The order stated returned. I followed up with TFG online. Where i was advised that the item was over sold online. The item was on the website without Markham having stock of the item at all. The reply i received was a generic reply as the person did not even insert a date in the email. It is the 30th of November and i am still to receive my refund. I followed up on the 24th of November. I spoke to Madeleine who said she logged it. It will be processed in 3-5 working days. I also enquired if there is no form of documentation. She said no. I will not recommend any TFG online website to anyone. They advertise items that they dont have in stock. It then takes you years to get your money back.
