TFG/Markham

This is the second complaint I'm logging publicly. There is a funeral cover and a legal plan on my account which I did not consent too. I received calls regarding the products and declined both however the agents who called logged the sales and I am now being charged for products I did not consent to. When you call Markham you're informed that they'll investigate, I've even received emails regarding their so called investigation with no feed back what so ever. My next step it to report this to the TRO and Consumer goods and services ombuds. My belief is that should I underpay my account with the R100. 00 odd that the policies cost legal action may even be taken against me and therefore I will also seek advise from counsel pending the outcome of this review.
