TFG Stores Power Failure/Network Contingency Plan

I just want to ask the TFG Group how they handle situations like power fail or a system that is offline. Do you close shop or have an alternative way to assist your customers. I experienced something unusual today in one of your stores and before I conclude negatively I just wanted clarity on their contingency plan.
