TFG not updating Online Payments

Hi.

I have made A payment to my account ,once locked-down kicked in ,They promoted the Online payments which i paid however the first on the same Banking details ,The payment was confirmed The following month Which is May on the same Bank Details the Payment was not confirmed instead i get threats, bad Phone calls and sms's like I breached The contract

Which When i have Paid TFG ?

This is so disgusting.
