<p>after having a terrible experience at sportcene with my phone insurance, which i posted on this platform. its only i right i do the same with the excellent effort made by the markhams employees to rectify the matter and ensure i walk away a happy customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>after resubmitting my claim at markhams king williams town , nomatter how frustated i was the staff were able to calmly and politely deal with both the slow ensurance call center and me the customer. one employee in particular , Ncebakazi , made sure she called and updated me on every development up until my claim was eventually processed & approved. </p> <p> </p> <p>certainly my employee of the month</p>
