TFG Employee manhandled me

y name is Sharon. I have been a loyal customer to TFG but I did not appreciate the way the Security guard treated me at Birchacres mall Tembisa. I went to TFG Markham to pay my account a couple of months ago wearing a cap and a mask, the security guard told me I could not enter the store because I was wearing a cap, i then left the store and went to pay at another TFG store.

Today I went to enquire about how I can pay my account via EFT. As i was talking to the cashier because the cashier was helping another customer, the same security guard told me i should and stand away. Because I just wanted to enquire and leave and there was no line I did not see the need to move. He kept on making nasty comments from the background. This then ended up resulting in him wanting to beat me as he manhandled me and I am a lady. I tried to fight back then the stuff ended up defusing the situation.

This is not a way a customer should be treated in the store and i am a lady, i did not appreciate the fact that the security guard manhandled me and wanted to beat me.

His name is Mandla Maciba. He is working under Fidelity security group at Birchacres mall Tembisa.

I trust this will be addressed before I open a case of assault he refused to give me his manager's name. Looking forward to hearing from you regarding this.
