TFG does not care about its customers well bieng.all they do is mess up your credit score

I paid up my TFG account in full in on the 19th of November 2019,till to this day,they have not updated my information on the credit bureau,my account still says it is closed instead of it bieng paid up,i have sent my paid up letter to the stores and emails,but no one ever assists,its been 2 years now and i can not get any form of credit due to this,the store consultants never follow up on my queries and keep on making empty promises and shifting blame to head office.please sort this out as it not good on my financial record,update your customers information on the credit bureau so it reflcts current state,very frusttarted and angry.
