TFG

So I have settled my account between may/June 2021. An agent from Norman bissett by the of zoleka Was supposed to keep me updated before and after my deductions were made, sadly I have never heard from this company after the payment went through. I am still waiting for my paid up letter till date. I am 100 % sure in a few months time this company is going to call me and inform me that I haven't settled my tfg account. I'm sure it would take these guys another year to type out a paid up letter and have you removed from the credit buerra. My question is, how can Tgf group, a big franchise like Tfg deal with *********** companies as such? I already know if I call this company, they will say contact Tfg for my paid up letter, but here's the thing.. I paid Norman bissett the outstanding balance, not Tfg!!!
