TFG accepted and negotiated terms of debt review but continue to list me in arrears. Why?

My account is under debt review however TFG group continually puts my account as "arrears" with transunion despite the fact that this has been negotiated and concluded with the debt review company??? Please update your records. Payment is received as per what has been negotiated so why am I continually put as "arrears" with the credit bureau by TFG group. Correct this
