Terrible service - useless - no customer care

<p>After paying my Markhams account in full, i have requested account closure and paid up letters. It was said that 7 days after payment was done i will have these letters, lart payment done on 24.03.2017, today is 13.04.2017 and still no feed back or letters as requested. Land lines are not being answered ( ********** ). Made contact with Abram Matjila ( ********** ) ********** requesting statements as i have never received from them, received 1 statement. Been contacting him but no feed back. I have requested more than 5 times for my letters.</p>
