Terrible service and lies leaving unhappy customer

Been struggling with a problem with the phone I bought in secunda Markhams at the secunda mall .. took it back because it just stopped charging and they claim they fixed it but it came back with the same problem .. I would go for weeks on end without a cellphone waiting for them to return it. Only to find that it is in no better condition and still refuses to charge so I took it back again and until now they telling me it's on it's way and that the phone has no problem .and they insist on billing me for a brand new charger while I have a perfectly working charger at home .. even until today I do not have a phone and this is not how business should be handled
