TERRIBLE SERVICE

My partner and I went to the Markhams store in Sandton City and found a sneakers that we wanted but no sizes were availale.<br> This was on the 24th February 2016. Spoke to Karabo who promised that they will get the sizes sourced and delivered within the week as nothing could be done on that Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.<br> We gave our sizes, descripion of the shoes and colours with all our details and was promised feedback over the weekend, if not the following Monday,<br> <br> As expected, no calls or feedback. We called the store, spoke to the Manager and Karabo who forgot our details, althought im sure he has his book with him and again promised the shoes were on the way and that we should just be patient.<br> <br> The service is putred and its as if we must beg Markhams to buy shoes from the store.<br> <br> Its now the 14 March, and still NO SHOES DELIVERED ... we are now promised next week and the manager is not in the store, not sure why there isnt a stand in to deal with this,<br> <br> HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST WE CALL YOU ..<br> HOW MANY MORE PROMISES ?<br> <br> WHAT IS GOING ON ?<br> <br> It takes alot to get to this point where we must turn to HelloPeter<br> Please can someone call me ..
