Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a bunch of clothes from Makrhams on promotion with a 25% discount site wide. the coupon was incorrectly app**** to only one of the lines. i contacted the call centre who evenetually told me that the coupon only app**** to one product.

I sent them the proof that that was incorrect and then no more responding from customer care.

I sent a follow up asking for a response or I would go to Hellopeter, not one f#@*k was given and neither a response.
