Terrible and unprofessional service

It is with the utmost disappointment that I have to address this kind of review to you With a lot of reluctance and disappointment. I am writing to you regarding the worst service We have ever encountered. One of your employees Jonas who was working on Sunday at Markam Eastrand mall, on one of the paying points was the worst person we have ever had to deal with. Firstly it was a mission to get to him because he kept sending people back to the line saying his taking card only, he asked us while we are on the line if we using card we said Yes and that we doing exchange. Our turn comes we walk to him, he send us ack to the line with a dismissive attitude, I asked him why did he say we should come through now we have to go back to the line: his response was to walk away and leave us talking alone. This is disgusting beyond anything else!!!!!!I asked him if his not going to even apologies he continued to ignore us and made a grin face. I was willing to let this go until when I asked for the store managers details I was told the same Jonas is the store manager and when I asked for his Surname, he doesn't have a surname. This type of attitude and behavior's give such good stores a bad Name. I had to ask one of the staff at the floor who the store manager was and the email and I was provided with the correct details. that the store manager is Brently.

It goes without saying that this Customer/client service was just a nightmare! I hope Jonas will take this in mind : always remember that your customer doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care about them. It is important to remember your competitor is only one mouse click away.
