Struggling to cancel cellphone insurance

It's been years trying to cancel cellphone insurance that I took at Markhams. The phone in question I lost it 2020 but they are still deducting .TFG customer care does nt want to give me the direct no of the insurance company. They keep saying they are going to send a cancelation request on my behalf and email me a proof but nothing .It's been 2years now paying R49 a month for the phone that does nt longer exist .
