The Waterfall Markham store is a real disappointment!!! We forgot two phones on the counter after paying, upon realizing this we went back to the store and found it closed and shockingly both phones had been switched off.

What was even more shocking was when we called them today, which is a Monday to ask if they had found the phones. They said they did not find any phones and that the store does not have any cameras even at the counters. At the time of the purchase, we were the only customers in the store, and we hang around a bit after, we left the store a few minutes before it closes...it closes at 14:00 on Sundays.
