STILL no response

Well, a week later & still no response. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? You've had more than enough time to investigate & now it's time for feedback. If your staff can't get the job done, hire people who can do what is required. I might add, this was first posted on 15 Feb 2015 & it's now almost a month later despite being told it can take up to 2 days to get feedback in my last post?!
