Statement not sent
I requested my statement to emailed to me on a monthly basis since August 2015, but that never happened, called call centre they assured me that everything is in order of which was not true. I had to go to the shop just to request how much I owe them and stood on a long queue for about 30-45 minutes. Pathetic service!!!
