Staff attacked me in front of other customers

<p>I bought a Hauwei phone by Markhams Promenade this year January then the phone just went blank I took the phone back to the store for repairs, the cellpohone consaltant was super rude to me and they never send the phone but keep it in store. I went to check up after 3 weeks and the gave me back the phone and they said I must go fix it by Nigerians store then I ask one of the staff to call store manager for me and He said the store manager is to busy to attend to unnecessary complains just like that, then i went to another one and He said He is busy and point me to a customer service orientated young lady that does deserve to be in that store standing by the fitting that helped me by all means even thou the store manager never came out of the office but a very rude lady that walk me to cashiers and they attacked me in front of the other customer everyone was looking at me beign shouted like someone who is not a customer but a theif. I felt so small and embarrassed. I walk out of the store immediatly as I was scrade and humilated. That was the worse bad service to experience, I will never ever set my foot to that store ever again not even my family memeber.</p>
